Dr. Briggs didn’t like the initial outcome of the committee assignments and election about three weeks ago so he cried foul and got a redo. Lumpy Lambert doesn’t like the way the appointment process is going for General Sessions Judge vacancy so he cries an early foul. This was predicted sometime ago by former Citizen Voice Columnist David Page. Read his column from September 23, 2007 here and another column from January 20, 2008 here. I do not know if David is a prophet or the son of a prophet. But, he nailed it.
